Larisa Mueller is the Founder and Managing Partner of LCS Advisers. With 25 years of experience spanning accounting, finance, investment management, and operational leadership, she brings a uniquely cross-functional perspective to every client engagement.
Throughout her career, Larisa has worked across organizations of all sizes — from staff-level roles to executive leadership — giving her firsthand insight into the operational and strategic challenges businesses face at every stage of growth.
Her experience extends beyond financial management into operational improvement, systems implementation, organizational strategy, and process optimization. She is passionate about helping organizations create practical, scalable solutions that improve performance and allow leadership teams to focus on what matters most.
Known for her collaborative and approachable style, Larisa works closely with clients to develop tailored strategies that drive measurable results while building stronger, more resilient organizations.
